The villa is situated in a convenient location from which families or groups wanting to explore the Constantia area can set off. It is close to Groot Constantia, Beau Constance and Eagles nest wine farms and highly rated and award winning restaurants. One is also able to walk the greenbelt to Simons and Foxcroft restaurants at High Constantia.

The beach is a mere 12 km's away. Cape Town city centre is a short 20 minutes away. For walkers, cyclists and runners this is an ideal spot from which too to explore the outdoors. The garden gate opens onto a greenbelt, which is connected to a series of open spaces in Constantia.

From the entrance hall, one walks into the open plan sitting room and dining area which in turn opens onto the terrace with BBQ. There is a separate TV room which overlooks the private pool area.
