The space
The townhouse has two floors; the split-level ground floor is dedicated to entertaining and open plan living; the kitchen and dining room and the living room walking out to the veranda and garden, with the stunning ocean views seen throughout.
The three well-appointed bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The main bedroom features a super king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, with a freestanding bath, double vanity and separate rainwater shower, generously sized wardrobe space and a balcony to welcome the rising sun or watch the day go by.
Bedroom two and three, also feature built-in wardrobes and super king beds (bedroom three can be converted to twin single beds) They also share the second bathroom, again with standalone bath and separate shower.
