Centrally located, double story face brick home in the very popular Ocean View drive and very close to Skulpiesbaai beach and all local amenities.

It has two fair sized bedrooms (one has a queen-size bed the other a double bunk) and a full bathroom downstairs and a lounge with two sleeper couches (sleeps four) as well as a beautifully equipped open plan kitchen .

The washing machine is located under the staircase.

Upstairs we have a powder room, main bedroom with access to the balcony, queen bed and full en-suite bathroom as well as a lovely indoor braai in the dining area and lounge area equipped with Smart TV and a beautiful sea view from the large balcony.

The spacious double volume garage ensures that you can also park a boat there if needed. The house has full uncapped Wi-Fi and an alarm and plenty onsite parking.

Please note: A permanent tenant resides in the back flat available for onsite support.
