Mandalay Guest House is located in the heart of the Garden Route and offers excellent facilities at very affordable rates. The guest house is close to all amenities and attractions. Access to Plettenberg Bay's busy main street is only a 10 minute walk away and close to the beach, the N2 National Road and the Keurbooms Lagoon.

The guest house offers Double, Twin or Single rooms, a Family Suite and a Self-Catering Apartment, each with a patio or balcony with views of the Tsitsikamma Mountains, garden or pool as well as modern furnishings, a TV and en-suite bathroom with a shower. An extra person may be accommodated on a sofa bed in some of the rooms by prior arrangement at an additional cost. Please enquire.

Free Wi-Fi is provided in all rooms and an outdoor pool in the garden.

A fresh buffet style continental breakfast is served every morning at an addidtional cost of R70.00 per person.

Braai/barbecue facilities and free private parking on site are offered.

Nearby attractions include an elephant sanctuary, a very large bird garden which is reputed to be the largest free-flying area in the Southern hemisphere, Monkeyland where you are able to mingle with the many different varieties of monkeys, and of course the opportunity to go on a whale-watching trip and witness whales, dolphins and Cape fur seals all within the bay.

The stay at Mandalay was nice. Place is clean and tidy. Bed nice and soft and area was very nice and quiet.

Little paradise in Plett by

My brother and I had an absolutely amazing stay here. Jane runs the B&B and she makes sure her guests have a lovely holiday. She put little flowers in the room every day and made the most delicious breakfasts. The pool looks pretty good too but unfortunately we didnt have time to enjoy this. I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone I know (especially for this price!).
