This peaceful self-catering house overlooks the lovely waterways of Marina Da Gama. This Lovely house on the banks of the marina is navigated by paddle boats and stand up boards, its three kilometers from Muizenberg and the warm Indian ocean, a popular surfing destination and just a 20 minute drive from Cape Town's Waterfront and international airport.
This Beach cottage home accommodates up to four guests and possibly a child on the couch. Upstairs there is one en-suite bedroom with a double bed and office space.This bedroom has its own bathroom and toilet.
Downstairs there is a second double bedroom with two single bed that can make a double bed with its own bathroom and shower.
The lounge has an open-plan layout and offers a flat-screen TV with DStv and Wi-Fi internet connection. In the kitchen there is a gas stove, an oven, a dishwasher, microwave and all crockery and cutlery.
Housekeeping is available on a daily or weekly basis at an extra cost. There is a Laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage outside.
The house has a Weber braai, a paddle boat and an Indian canoe that are docked to the house's Jetty. Guests are welcome to navigate the vast waterways that flow between the houses and out to the lake.
There is amazing bird life to watch and the ducks and geese are part of the family and will visit you on the lawn. This is a great place for kite surfers, surfers, stand up boarders, canoeists or anyone that loves the water and having an adventure on the waterways around the lake.You can catch fish in the waterways and lake; we have two fishing rods.
There is a small shopping complex 200 meters away with Pizza and Tai food and cafe, laundry and a hairdresser.
There is a Large Shopping complex with a pharmacy, PnP, a bottle store, a garage, and all other shops one kilometer away.
Muizenberg is a Vibrant little town with all kinds of water slides ,put-put and a beautiful beach, as well as restaurants and surf shops.
The coastline with all its quaint little Post card towns are dotted along the coast from Muizenberg to Simonstown
You can even take the train, the M5 to Cape Town City and waterfront runs direct from the house and takes 25 minutes or less depending on the time of the day.
Its peaceful looking at the water and very quiet no traffic noise but please dont make to much noise yourselves the water carries sound; keep your party to a reasonable hour.
