Never, never, never again! by

Firstly, the owner did not inform the bush centre that we will be coming, so we ran around for a while as they did not accept any of our confirmation until i called the owner. when we got to the place it was not at all what we expected. The place was not clean, there were issues and no towels were left as promised. when i called the owner to ask him about the towels etc. he said if i'm not happy, maybe i must just go and he will refund me. How can i drive back to jhb at 4pm?? The globe in the bathroom was fused, the one toilet downstairs kept running, the upstairs toilet came up whenever you flushed then didnt go down properly. the shower was pathetic, we couldnt use it at all. The upstairs deck was dirty and full of bird poo. There were cobwebs everywhere. the bin was broken, the fridge leaked. it was clear that the owner takes no pride in his establishment and is too stingy to spend a little bit of money to fix the small things. It was very unpleasant to stay there but we could mot drive all the way back to jhb. furthermore i was told by a few locals that he has a reputation there and he never pays back the money even if he says he will. I will never go back or recommend this place to anybody. If you are a messy person, this place is perfect for you.
