Since 2000 Masama has been one of the most famous and popular camps in the Swaneng Hills, providing our guests with spectacular and authentic experiences in the African bush.

Guests have two options to choose from; Camping Ground or Thatched Rondavels. The Camping Ground is an area where guests pitch their own tents. The facilities include toilets, bathroom amenities, bins, fireplace and standpipes. The Thatched Rondavels provide guests with a rustic experience. They are en-suite and have a shower. There is a study table, double bed, fan, mosquito net and a bar fridge. There are four rondavels each sleeping two guests.

Attractions in and around Serowe include Khama III Memorial Museum, Khama Rhino Rest Camp, Sos Children's Village Serowe, Boma Camp, and Mokgosi Guest House.

There was nothing to love... the photos on the website does not reflect the true state of the place. This is a commuity camp with no supervision at all. They dont do any upkeep, and the whole establishment is in a terrible state. There is no grass, the electricity connections is a health hazard, we waited for warm water as they forgot to pump the water during the day, ablutions is horrendous, the refuse lies around the camp grounds.
