Milkwood Villa

Milkwood Villa is a unique, private, historical character home set against the mountainside in Kommetjie.

Offering expansive sea and mountain views, only 200m from the ocean. Kommetjie has a quiet seaside village feel, set in the beautiful South Peninsula, 45 minutes drive from Cape Town and the airport. World class surf, kite/windsurfing, expansive white sand beaches, mountain hikes, all on your doorstep There are five restaurants within walking distance of the house.

Double story, four bedroom home offering accommodation for three couples plus a single. Bedrooms in the main house are upstairs. The spacious master bedroom, with en-suite and separate dressing room, opens onto the upstairs covered balcony. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed. Additional accommodation for another couple is provided in a separate, self-contained, studio.

The solar heated pool is set in an unusually large, established, indigenous garden. Nestled against the mountain in the older part of Kommetjie, the home is sheltered from the brunt of the South Easter wind in summer.
