The attic apartment is private, has its own entrance and a veranda with braai facilities in the garden. The apartment sleeps two guests on a queen-size bed located on an mezzanine floor. The en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and a basin. There is a kitchenette, a TV with exclusive DStv channels and Wi-Fi.

The private guest room sleeps two. It has a private entrance from the porch and from the inside of the house. The guest room provides access to the patio through a sliding door. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the hosts. The room has a comfortable king-size bed, a wardrobe and a desk. There is an open shower, a toilet and a basin in the bathroom. The kitchen is equipped to prepare meals and there is a table in the house and outside on the porch where guests can enjoy their meals. The living area has a TV with selected DStv channels and Wi-Fi. A free, secure carport is available on site.

Southbroom is very clean and safe. It has a few shops like a grocery store, liquor store, salon and spa and there is a doctor and a dentist. There are also a few restaurants. Activities in the area include golf, tennis, surfing, swimming, bird watching, mountain biking, horseback riding and fishing.
