Modern Tranquility

Modern Tranquility is home to picturesque Stellenbosch and is surrounded by vineyards known for producing world-famous wines. It is in the popular Welgevonden Estate, with modern security, an uninterrupted panoramic view of the vineyard of Stellenbosch and the picturesque atmosphere of the Welgevonden Dam.

This double-storey house sleeps six guests and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet and an open-plan kitchen and living area. Both bathrooms have a shower and a bath. Bath towels are provided.

The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a counter with chairs. The dining area has seating and the lounge has a comfortable lounge set and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with full DStv channels and a fireplace.

The living area leads to a lovely veranda with a dining table and braai facilities. The house is near the pond where fish can be caught on a catch-and-release basis.
