Modern Holiday Home offers luxurious self-catering accommodation, ideal for family getaways for a total of 8 guests, and is situated in a quiet and safe residential area approximately 600 meters from the main Ramsgate Blue Flag beach and lagoon.

This fully furnished home comprises of 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. The main bedroom has air conditioning and is equipped with a queen-size bed. The second and third bedroom each have a double-size bed, the fourth bedroom has 2 single beds. The large well-equipped kitchen contains a built-in oven, a counter-top stove, a microwave, a washing machine, and a fridge/freezer. (Included toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board). The lounge is equipped with air conditioning and the TV room open`s up onto a covered patio, which overlooks the beautiful pool and sub-tropical gardens.

A sweeping driveway entrance leads to plenty of secure parking. The property also features a full alarm system and auto-entry gates. The entire home, garden, pool and entertainment area is available to the booked guests only and no day visitors are permitted. Quality patio furniture, poolside chairs and loungers and a Webber braai. Bed linen and towels are changed every 4/5 days depending on the length of stay.
Great emphasis is given to thorough cleaning of this holiday home and all linen and towels are commercially laundered.
The entire holiday home is professionally sanitized between guest bookings by a registered Covid-19 compliant cleaning company.
Hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial surface cleaner for guests use are supplied at no additional cost.
Our guests can make use of our "Essential Personalised Food Shopper Service" whereby we will purchase essential food supplies for you, which will be available upon your arrival. Please note that this service requires an upfront payment for your food order. Please request an order form when securing your booking.

Interaction with guests:
Management will meet and greet guests on arrival and hand over keys/remotes and answer any queries from guests. Alternatively, the keys can be collected from another location if no interaction is preferred.
Please note that a departure day cleaning fee of R500 and a lost key/remote and breakage deposit of R2000 will be charged on arrival. This amount is required in cash. The breakage deposit
will be refunded to your nominated bank account (less and breakage/damage costs) within 2 days of your departure.
