Mont Blanc 17 is a furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Mont Blanc complex close to the beach in Manaba, and near to various shops and amenities. This apartment is ideal for a quiet and peaceful family holiday and is not a party unit. FAMILY ORIENTATED ONLY, NO CELEBRATIONS OR PARTIES are allowed.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. All bedrooms contain a double bed and a shower . toilet and basin en-suite with the main bedroom, and bath, a toilet and washbasin in the second bathroom . This room has sliding doors opening to the balcony.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster and a dishwasher. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains seating, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV with a DStv connection, you should bring your own standard decoder, remote and smart card with its connection cable. The lounge opens to a covered enclosed balcony with outdoor furniture, braai facilities and sea views.

The Mont Blanc complex offers a communal swimming pool, and a coin-operated self-service laundry facility. Secure parking is provided on-site.
