THE LODGE DESCRIPTION:OVERVIEW:Mountain Creek Lodge is situated in the mountains of the Sabie River Valley, where the beautiful surroundings are an adventure's paradise. The luscious warm valley, indigenous bush and the murmur of the flowing water awake your senses and invite you to relax and enjoy the rustic atmosphere.This luxurious self-catering lodge will cater for all guest needs. OUR VENUE CAN ACCOMMODATE INDIVIDUALS OR GROUPS OF UP TO 33 PEOPLE SHARING.There are 7 different UNITS AVAILABLE: The Main House (sleep max. 12), Chalet 1 (sleep max. 3) , Chalet 2 (sleep max. 2) and Chalet 3 (sleep max. 2) and 2 x 2-Bedroom Chalets (sleep max 4 persons per Chalet), House 2 (sleep max. 6) The rooms are soothing and relaxing after a long day. A private patio and braai area is available in each unit and makes for a perfect evening in the country. All our beds are single beds, we can however accommodate a few King size beds on limited availability.All our rooms have air conditioning.We have a selection DSTV channels for your enjoyment in each unit.The lodge is spacious, modern elegantly decorated, clean and neat, with cleaning services daily except on Sundays and public holidays. Some on-site facilities include a communal swimming pool, a dam, fishing, nature walks and bird watching and a beautiful entertainment centre filled with information of the area as well as a pool table, table tennis, darts and a selection of games and books.The vast open spaces and the beautiful nature that surrounds us, makes you feel relaxed, happy and loved.Whether guests explore the wonders of the Panorama Route, experience the diversity of Africa's wildlife and to see the Big 5, experience the exhilarating adventure activities on our doorstep, or just relax by the pool, guests will be sure to have an unforgettable time with Mountain Creek Lodge.Please remember to bring your own swimming towels and arrange with me if you need bath towels. Any lost or damaged towels will be charged at R300-00 per towel.VENUE BREAKDOWN:MAIN HOUSE:The Main house has 4 bedrooms, with 4 en -suite bathrooms. This is a full house with a kitchen, 1 dining room, and a sitting lounge , with a fireplace and a tv-lounge area. An outside boma braai area. (Sleep max. 12 sharing)Room 1: Sleep 4 persons family room. ( With a door separating the beds. 2 per room.), but they do share the same en-suite bathroom. Room 2: Sleep 2 persons + 1 sleeper couch if needed + en-suite bathroomRoom 3: Sleep 4 persons + en-suite bathroomRoom 4: Sleep 2 persons + 1 sleeper couch if needed + en-suite bathroom HOUSE 2: (Sleep max. 6). This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, with a full Kitchen, Lounge / Tv room, Dining room, Air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms.A private boma braai area and a patio with a build-in braai / fireplace. Selection Dstv channels.Room 1: sleep 2 , Room 2: sleep 2, Room 3: sleep 2 Total = 6 single bedsCHALETS AND COTTAGE:The Chalets have fully equipped small kitchenettes, en-suite bathrooms.
