A self- catering rural artist's retreat east of Pretoria, only 15 min by car from Woodlands Boulevard Shopping Center. Ideal as a weekend getaway from the city without being too far from the bright lights.
Also a quiet recovery spot for international travelers to find their feet before exploring the rest of the country.
Eclectically furnished and decorated with original artworks.

On an 8.5 hectare smallholding that includes the artist's home and sculpture studio.
Due to the fragile nature of the artworks, no children under the age of 12 allowed. A minimum stay of 2 days.
Guests have their own large veranda with "braai" (barbeque) facilities and are welcome to use the pool at the house.

The retreat is furnished with books, games and puzzles. The retreat is about 200m from the main house and the sculpture studio, to allow for privacy.

Pleasant and peaceful, artfully decorated.

We loved the atmosphere and veranda. The linen was of good quality and the whole cottage was clean and smelled of lavender etc. The owner went over and above to making sure one feels welcome with small gifts of lavender sachets, and fresh flowers. Even though a bit out of Pretoria, we will definitely stay there again.

A spacious and relaxing cottage. Everything you need to cook or braai your food is available. Artistic décor through the whole house. Excellent view and lots of birds. Very safe with an alarm system in and around the house securing your vehicles as well. I just loved it and came home relaxed and refreshed.
