Ngamba Island forms part of the Koome group of Island in Lake Victoria. The island is a forest sanctuary home to 48 orphaned chimps rescued from throughout Uganda. The Island offers over-night accommodation with the exceptional opportunity to observe and interact with the chimpanzees.

The accommodation is provided in four safari tents, overlooking the lake. The accommodation includes all meals and activities, with delicious meals served either in the A-frame thatched pavilion or in the dining area beside the lake.
