06 La Pirogue

La Pirogue is set in a lush mangrove wetlands within close proximity to the famous Willard's Ballito Main Beach. This lovely, newly renovated self-catering, air-conditioned apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms on the third floor. This unit sleeps 6 guests. The main bedroom consists of a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and the third bedroom has the option of two single beds or a king size bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The modern open-plan fully equipped kitchen includes a double door fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The lounge opens onto a covered balcony with patio furniture which can also be accessed from the main and second bedroom. The complex has a lovely, central tropical garden with a large swimming pool and separate paddling pool for the toddlers. A section of the garden includes a boardwalk over and through a natural lush mangrove wetlands area where the indigenous plants have been untouched. The unit has 1 lock up garage and 1 open parking space inside the gated complex. Unfortunately the apartment is not wheelchair friendly and there are no lifts. This complex is not pet friendly. No matriculates or students are allowed. On the northern side of the complex there is a small shopping centre with all the necessary little shops such as a convenience store, bottle store, take away restaurants, ATMs, and clothing stores. Guests can enjoy various activities in the surrounding area with the option of shopping at the Ballito Junction Mall and Lifestyle Shopping Centre.
