10 Stafford Place

The Stafford Place complex has a communal swimming pool and is ideally located in the heart of the Uvongo village, just a stone's throw from sea and a selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. It is a quick walk to the popular lifeguarded Uvongo beach with its lagoon, gorge and waterfall with canoes and pedal boats for hire, and ice creams and hot dogs for sale.

This air-conditioned, well-appointed unit is conveniently situated on the ground floor, close to the swimming pool, and is comfortably furnished with every amenity you could require. It sleeps six guest in two bedrooms. The main with double bed, air-con and sliding doors to the garden; the second bedroom with two single beds and air-con; and a double sleeper couch in the lounge. The full bathroom has both a bath and a shower.

The kitchen is open plan to lounge and is fully equipped with all your day-to-day cooking requirements, as well a washing machine, tumble-dryer and dishwasher. The living area has a dining table and comfortable seating for everyone, and there is a television with DVD player and DStv decoder with family bouquet. The lounge leads through sliding doors to a small courtyard garden and patio which is partly covered and has a built in braai and patio suite.

The unit has burglar bars and trellis doors throughout for your safety and peace of mind and the complex has an electric fence and remote controlled gate access. There is an undercover parking bay in front of the unit and there is trailer parking available nearby. Guests can upgrade their DStv selection by bringing their own decoder from home single view only or hiring one locally. All linen is provided but please bring your own beach and bath towels. Daily servicing of the unit is not included but is available on request.
