12 Beach Road

12 Beach Road is a Mediterranean-style self-catering villa overlooking Scarborough main beach. There are lovely sea views from the upper deck of the beach and the surf breaks, and is excellent for whale spotting in the winter months.

This house has two bedrooms in the main house with a mezzanine upstairs that has two sleeper couches. There are two bathrooms, one an en-suite to the main bedroom upstairs, and the second is a luxury shower and guest bathroom downstairs. The garden loft apartment sleeps two and has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom.

Downstairs is the open-plan custom designed kitchen, fully equipped with separate lockable pantry and fridge. The lounge has fireside couches and leads to an open-plan dining area. Upstairs is a TV room with flat-screen TV, DStv and sleeper couches.

The upstairs deck has 180-degree sea view directly onto Scarborough beach. Side view looks onto Cape Point Reserve and has table and chairs for outside dining.
