It is a 30-minute drive from the Cape Town International Airport and 45 minutes' from central Cape Town and its beautiful beaches. 169 on Pearl Valley is an African experience set in a sophisticated environment. Every room has unsurpassed views of the golf course and the Franschoek Valley and surrounding mountains. This villa has five bedrooms and sleep up to 10 guests. The bedrooms feature double and king-size beds. There are four bedrooms including a family bathroom and a guest cloakroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large fireplace between the kitchen and lounge and leads to the safari bar. Large sliding doors lead to a private courtyard and onto the golf course. There is a double volume lounge under a thatched roof and a separate family room with a three-quarter pool table, table tennis and large screen TV. Wireless Internet access is available throughout villa.

The villa is surrounded with numerous verandas which are furnished in lounge or dining style to maximize your outdoor entertainment in varying weather conditions and can accommodate large scale entertaining. The main pool veranda has a barbecue.
