The building dates from 1926 and is part of Piketberg's heritage route.

The building has been used as a bank for years, until it was bought and turned into a self-catering property. There are four modernly equipped units, each with its own courtyard and braai. The top two units have a beautiful view of the Blackland cornlands from the balcony.

Both upper units have two bedrooms, one bathroom and fully equipped kitchen / living area. The two ground floor units have one bedroom, one bathroom and fully equipped kitchen / living area. DStv and Wi-Fi are available.

Security at all units is very good and includes burglar bars, security gates and camera systems. The undercover parking is monitored by the same security system. It is a very quiet area where "@ 1926" is located.
