Good Value For Money by

Had a very nice stay. Everything very comfortable, clean and well looked after. Comparable to some far more expensive places. I will most likely go there again for my next trip to Bloemfontein.

They have a swimming pool, which is dirty you cant see the bottom. The braai was dirty, I had to buy a new one just to braai. The shower was dirty with old soap in it. I would not even pay R100 per day for that type of unit in such a state, im utterly disappointed.

I really enjoyed my stay at 23 on Lyle you guys are awesome you even went beyond your way and accommodated my friends whom did not make provision for their trip but you guys opened your doors and welcomed them in keep up the good work I sure will spread the word of mouth the humanity in you is wonderful starting from the cleaning lady Angelina who is very humble and sweet.

We loved the enclosure at the back courtyard. The following is a suggestion, not a criticism. Cleaning the ground out of the gutters will help a lot to preserve the gutters and facia boards.

Nothing more than a bed to sleep by

The accommodation is run down, the garden was littered with rubbish and had been destroyed by the dogs. I would also not consider the venue pet friendly as there is no secured area for pets with the only gate opening directly onto the street. Neither the bed warmers nor the air conditioning worked. And too little toilet paper was supplied, only for us to realise when it was too late to ask for more.
