25 Ash is nestled among the hustle and bustle of Observatory. Housing six guests in three rooms, this guest house offers a tranquil stay in the city.

The semi-detached guest house is positioned in a quiet street and consists of three bedrooms. The delicately designed main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite shower-only bathroom. Enjoy a good book on the chair provided.

The sunny Second and Third Bedrooms comprise two single beds each and a bedside table. Guests in these rooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower and a bath.

Guests of 25 Ash are welcome to use the kitchen which is equipped with a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery. The convenience of a washing machine and a dryer are included.

Dine at the classic wooden kitchen table, relax in the lounge or surf the web with the provided Wi-Fi; we welcome our guests to feel as comfortable as possible.

25 Ash is an alarmed and secure guest house and a small safe is available on the premises. Braai facilities can be arranged on the outside deck and parking on the premises for two cars is included.

Observatory attractions include The River Club Golf Course, Mostert's Mill and a number of vintage stores. Guests of 25 Ash are spoilt for choice with Observatory restaurants like Cafe Ganesh, Ferdinando's Pizza and Obs Cafe.
