39 Ramsgate Palms

39 Ramsgate Palms is in the secure Ramsgate Palms complex in Ramsgate. Ramsgate Palms is a modern and very secure hilltop complex overlooking the sand and waves.

It has direct access to the main swimming beach and pool and is nestled among palm trees in a tropical setting with a stream and nooks in the beautiful gardens. It is close to several restaurants, bars and cocktail decks on the Blue Flag beach with lifeguards, stairs and canoes. Guests can also enjoy the craft fair and seasonal entertainment.

Unit 39 is on the first floor and has a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. The unit is nice sunny and very neat. The first bedroom has a double bed and a lovely sea view. The second bedroom has two single beds. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin.

The kitchen and living area are open-plan. The kitchen has granite counters, a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and a counter with chairs. The comfortable lounge has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The living area has access to a covered balcony with a gas braai.

There is undercover parking for one vehicle. The complex has laundry facilities and the unit is not serviced unless otherwise arranged.
