4 Boland Way is a self-catering apartment located in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town filled with charm and functionality. Ideal for a couple or sharing.

The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite small bathroom. A fully equipped kitchenette, including a fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, small stove, toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery is available. Coffee and tea is available the first two days, but have to be prepared by the guests themselves.

The following amenities are included: two ceiling fans, a safe, two single electric blankets, a luxurious 100% feather duvet and full DStv. Towels, soap and linen will be provided. An additional comfortable camping bed and matres for a young child is available extra on request.

The apartment is attached to a house with a separate, private entrance behind an electric remote gate. The secure parking is undercover and accommodates two vehicles. A small backyard is available with a braai and outdoor seating.

4 Boland Way is excellent for business travellers as well as tourists. It is close to large shopping malls like Cape Gate and Tygervalley, a gym and other tourist attractions. We are a stone throw away from Durbanville golf course and the stunning Durbanville wine route with farms such as Altydgedacht, Nitida, Bloemendal and Meerendal. The Rose Garden needs mentioning and theatres like Barnyard and Die Boer are entertainment areas. The distance from Cape Town airport via R300 is 34 kilometres.

Interaction with guests is kept to a minimum, but the owner is available during the day to assist with information and support.
