Set in a secure estate, the 45 Summer Sands apartment is well located along the prime area of the Golden Mile, three blocks away from Durban's North Beach.

This unit is very convenient for a family of four looking for a lock-up and go base, whilst exploring and experiencing the sunny coast. The main bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has one single and one three-quarter bed. All rooms are tiled with ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

If you want to eat out, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. For your groceries and the like, there is a convenient Pick n Pay outlet in a small centre called Summer Square, close to the apartment.

Free parking within the complex is available for the guests, as well as a swimming pool. Depending on the mode of transport you want to use, the apartment is closer to the route of the People Mover Bus system which can move you around the city centre and local main attractions with ease.

The apartment is a five minute walk from the popular Sun Coast Casino, a 10 minute walk from the Moses Mabhida Stadium and a short drive from the city centre.

The flat was very neat and pleasant to stay in. It is centrally located and near Ushaka and some nice beaches - so you don't have to travel too far. Their bedding was top class too - my daughter (aged 6) couldn't stop commenting on how lovely it is! I will definitely go back there again.



It is a very nice quiet and relaxed place.

The best place to stay by

First and foremost I'd like to appreciate the service we got, it was very proffesional and welcoming.
Second, the place is very very nice and feels like home.
Lastly, the location of the place is on point, we hardly needed transport to move around the important features in and/or near the beach.

The rooms were clean , cozy and warm, homey, perfect is the word, i am definitely coming back VERY soon, Thami is a perfect host and always considerate and caring about your stay, he kept on checking up on us constantly , which for me is a true meaning of hospitality

home away from home by

It was like being home away from home. The place is just a walk away from most places and it's ideal for travelling with kids, closer to PnP supermarket and spar. host Sbu is very friendly and was always on call for anything we wanted to know or ask....good long weekend I must say. NB: need to change beds, they are not that comfortable.
