The recently renovated apartment is located in a secure building, in a vibrant suburb.

From the road, one enters though the building's main entrance (using the intercom). The apartment (sixth floor) is accessed via an elevator, or stairwell.

The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed; and opens up to a balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom comprises a shower, basin and toilet. Towels are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a stove with an oven, a microwave, as well as built-in cupboards with pots, crockery and cutlery to make use of.

The living / dining area is tastefully decorated with comfortable seating arrangements. Including a large 8-seater dining table. Free wifi. TV (basic DSTV) available.

The accommodation is conveniently located close to various shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a quick drive to the beach and main attractions - encouraging you to get out and enjoy the city.

Parking for 1 vehicle is available in the single garage. There is additional safe and secure lighted parking on the street.

Accommodation was the wrong choice by

The place is very small can only accommodate 2 adults and one small child. Not 4 adults. Bathroom was clogged so after each person has a bath get ready to mop the passage and rooms which takes much longer than the bath. Not something you want to do when on holiday. Said that towels where provided. Only 1 towel per person for 7 days so we had to buy more towels something I enquired about. If you are XL person you should not book here as you will not fit through the bathroom door. The parking lot is only available for a small car. We had to park roadside.
