At 69 Perissa, Santorini in Ballito, you will find stunning sea views from all 3 bedrooms and balconies, situated in the award winning Santorini, a Greek-Style complex. You are so close to the ocean you will hear the waves crashing, and from the balcony, you will likely see the bottle nose dolphins swimming past, so pack your binoculars!

In this newly furnished self-catering apartment you will be comfortable in the modern lounge with a large LCD 40? flat screen TV with full DStv. Wifi is also available in the unit. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, washing machine and tumble drier.

You will find a chic bar area for you to enjoy a cocktail after a day at the beach.

A cute Juliet balcony off the main bedroom is also a nice feature.

You will have your own private braai on your balcony allowing you to relax in the evening.The family will enjoy the choice of 5 different pools in Santorini. The Perissa pool is a short distance from the apartment and the semi private beach, that you will have direct access to and is about a 50m walk.

Hiking trails are found around Santorini beautiful gardens as well as a small outside gym and whale viewing deck.

A communal tennis court and braai area and playground/jungle gym is available in the complex close to Thompson's Bay beach, to which you will have direct access from the complex.

Your car will be parked in an allocated under cover parking.

Santorini offers a secure environment where you can relax away from home. There is strict access control to the complex as well security patrolling on foot.

There are many activities around Ballito such as the Microlight flights and the Jumping park for the kids as well as Burnedale Farm.

Relaxing and refreshing by

Very relaxing, quiet environment with loads to do in the estate. If it is peace and tranquility you are looking for with an amazing sea view then this is the place for you. Shopping malls are close by and the beach is right on your doorstep. Lovely big balcony to hang out and enjoy the views.

It was a lovely apartment, although fixtures a little dated. Our only issue was really with the complex itself. Expected better upkeep and maintenance of the complex. Pool area close to our apartment had nowhere to sit except a cold concrete bench. No grass to lie down comfortably on our towels. Also the walking trails between areas was so overgrown couldn't even find the path 2m into the bush. Which was a pity.

Hi,
we are really sorry to hear that you have not had an exceptional stay at our apartment during your 4 day break. Our pictures on Safarinow have not been edited and the apartment is exactly as depicted. I am sorry that you felt the fixtures were dated, but this is not accurate. The entire apartment has been newly refurnished & kitted out in the last year. The bedrooms have been fully revamped having modern laminated flooring and new light fixtures. The glass patio/veranda doors are new & modern allowing excellent viewing of the ocean from within the apartment. The kitchen cupboards and bathrooms fittings have not been revamped however are clean and functional with a handshower on every basin as well as the bath. All the appliances are modern and new. The lounge has a big screen flat TV with full DSTV. There are 5 or 6 pools in Santorini, Perissa pool has amazing sea views and is really very close to the apartment, with a concrete table and benches. There are other pools not far from the apartment that may have more grass areas for lounging although there is some grass areas in Perissa pool area. Unfortunately I am not aware of which hiking trail is overgrown, but Santorini is a very unique and special complex with hiking trails as detailed in the map provided in the apartment. The vegetation is beautiful and cutting back of the beautiful plants is always done with care to preserve the beauty of Santorini. All our other tenants have stayed at least 8 days or longer, and enjoyed their stays.
