Welcome to this modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom fully furnished self-catering apartment situated in the Central Business District of Cape Town at the top of the Fountains Hotel. The hotel is right next to the famous Cape Town Fountains.

Both bedrooms have en-suite toilet and bathroom. The main bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and the bathroom has both a shower and bath. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be put together to make a King size bed,and the bathroom has a shower only.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and Espresto Coffee Machine. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils is also supplied. The kitchen has an extended counter with bar stools.

All bedrooms have temperature controlled fans, and the living area has air conditioning in addition to a fan. There is a six-seater dining table and a large comfortable L-shaped lounge suite with flat screen TV, blu-ray player and DStv (hotel bouquet).

The lounge leads to a small private balcony with patio furniture which overlooks the harbour, city and surroundings. The apartment is situated in a Hotel with excellent security with secure basement parking for not just one, but two cars.
