Daan Se Plek started out as a private holiday home on the beautiful banks of the Vaal River has become a highly rated guest lodge in a Fishing Resort. With outside braai facilities available, safe parking area for vehicles and trailers. We have a splash pool for those hot summer days and to keep the kids busy.

The lodge groups of up to 32. The lodge is comprised of four flats that can sleep six people. Each flat has two bedrooms. The main room has two single beds, and the second room has two bunk beds. We also have two flats that sleep four. Sleeping arrangements for the four sleeper is one bedroom that sleeps two with a sleeper couch in the lounge as with the other two bedroom flats. Each flat has it's own self catering kitchenette with a bar fridge with a wash up area. The flats also have a lounge area with a television and DStv.

The Bloemhof Dam is on our doorstep. Enjoy your fishing expeditions during the day and come home to a relaxing lake side atmosphere surrounded by a tranquil night breeze enjoyed with a sun-downer of your choice.
