Needs some TLC by

To start there was some confusion. I was expecting to pay R100 less, as quoted, because we chose not to have breakfast. But was charged the full amount. We were right next to the kitchen and there was a lot of noise. Walls a bit thin between us and someone next door making coffee. Hot water came out in spurts and didn't work at all when the cold was turned on. There was also an electrical plug which was falling off the well, a little bit dangerous with my two kids. I think our room just needed some tlc.
