We have four lovely units attached to our house that we rent out. 3 of these units are separated with interlinking doors and is ideal for larger groups of friends or families that would like to stay together but still have some privacy as well.

Unit 1 is an open plan unit with a queen size bed and two single beds that is separated with a cupboard. This unit is ideal for a family with 2 kids. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and have a shower, basin and toilet. There is a small kitchen that has a 3 plate stove and oven, microwave oven and cutlery for 4 people.
Unit 2 is a larger one bedroom flat. It has a queen size bed and a single bed in the bedroom and 2 single beds in the living area. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave and cutlery for 5 people. This flat is ideal for a family of 5 or friends to share.
Unit 3 is an open plan unit with a queen size bed and a double sleeper couch in the bedroom area and a single bed in the kitchen area. The kitchen as a 2 plate stove with small oven, microwave and cutlery for 5 people. Here two couples can sleep together if they are able to share a room or a bigger family can stay comfortably.
Unit 4 is separate from the others and over look the swimming pool. This unit is also open plan and has a nice double bed and is ideal for a couple but there is a double sleeper couch as well, so a family with small kids can easily stay here.
We are very centrally located and close to the N1. We are 30 minutes away from Cape Town CBD, 30 minutes from Stellenbosch and Paarl and 30 minutes away from Blouberg Beach. Tygervalley Centre and all the businesses around this area is a mere 2 km from the house.
The house overlooks a open veld and on the other side of the veld is a Kwikspar, Pizza shop and fish take away shop, so no need for intensive cooking.

The only positive was a property showerhead. This is not suitable for 5 people. What I saw on the photo's and what we got was not the same. Pity there is no proper photo of the kitchen. We could not prepare food in the kitchen.

Dear Mr Hall thank you for your review but can we please request that you read carefully the information that is given on the the site. Our description clearly stated what the unit has and how big it is.

I would also clarify that upon arrival you were offered another unit at a lowered price, as we could see that your family is not one of small children, as most of our guests are, but you did not want another unit and said it is fine as you will only sleep here and will not be here a lot. We do understand that cost is always a factor and that is exactly why we had to accommodate more people in a unit as people are trying to stay for as cheap as possible.

Let me clarify as well that all our photo's is in fact, a precise photo of the unit but if you do not read the descriptions of the units, you will not be able to understand the layout of our establishment. I trust that you will read this in future.
