Alice's Cottage

Alice's Cottage is a newly renovated cottage in the heart of Pinelands on the owner's property, close to all amenities. It offers accommodation for three people as well as off-street parking. The establishment is fifteen kilometres from Cape Town International Airport and the Cape Town CBD. This cottage is ideally suited for a couple with young children or business travellers.

The apartment can accommodate up to three guests and comprises two bedroom areas, one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchenette and living area. The bedroom area contains a double bed, while the second contains one single bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.

The kitchenette is equipped for self-catering and contains a two-plate stove, fridge-freezer, pod coffee machine, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. Basic amenities are provided. The dining area has seating space for 3 people.

The cottage has a separate entrance and is well equipped for long and short stays. Guests have access to the pool on the property and there are braai facilities. Safe off-street parking is available. There is a camp cot on offer to guests should they require it, as well as access to a washing machine and tumble-dryer.
