Located in Scottburgh, this 60 year old house situated in a lush sub-tropical garden has been lovingly restored to its former glory. The house features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and is furnished with old colonial-style furniture. A huge dining/relaxation area and wooden deck overlook the Indian Ocean, with a black sparkling pool completing the picture. There are also two self-catering units sleeping two guests each.

Ambercrest is situated 1.3 km from the main Scottburgh beach, three blocks from the sea, and one block away from the picturesque Scottburgh Golf Course. Guests include holiday makers, business people, and sporting enthusiasts. Full English breakfasts are served and safe off-street parking is also available.

Neels and Leon was pleasant hosts who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Everything was 100%. Breakfast served was great and very specially prepared.

I highly recommend the guesthouse,the owners are very friendly yet professional, they serve a "to die" for breakfast and cleaness is a high priority. Just a thought,maybe look at security features like security door at entrance of guesthouse,some light at the entrance gate and maybe some cctv around the property.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The "children" are adorable and very well behaved. we loved them to bits. overall a very pleasant stay. We will most definitely visit again.
