Angelene's Guest House is situated in the lovely Hartenbos Heuwels area and offers beautiful views while guests are enjoying a comfortable stay.

The duplex guest house offers a choice of eight beautiful bedrooms furnished with bunk beds, single beds or double beds, and some rooms are furnished with double and single beds. All of the rooms are en-suite with either a shower or bath with a shower overhead. Each room is also equipped with a TV with Compact DStv and some rooms also have fans for comfort.

Guest can enjoy their meals in the dining room or relax in the communal lounge areas which are equipped with TVs; one lounge has a cosy fireplace. The upstairs patio is furnished and offers beautiful views of the surrounds. Guests also have access to the kitchen which is equipped with tea and coffee facilities, a bar fridge as well as a toaster, and the lower level is wheelchair accessible.

Hartenbos offers a variety of attractions such as the beach, the Garden Route National Park and the Outeniqua Nature Reserve. Golfers can enjoy the Oubaai Golf Course while the Hartenbos Waterpark will keep the whole family entertained.

Enjoyable by

We were on holiday in Mossel Bay and our stay was absolutely comfortable and enjoyable and even though it was short it was sweet. It is a home away from home and the view from the guest house is stunning. The staff are pleasant, well mannered and patient. We would definitely book here again.

Lack of professionalism by

We did not experience any problems with the room itself and it was neat and clean. We did however have a big problem with the lack of professionalism by the host/hostess. Firstly the host was sleeping on a random bed in the communal living space. Secondly the hostess thought it was appropriate to knock on our door at 7 in the morning and walk into our room without an invitation from our side. I think its is absolutely rude and disrespectful to walk into a guest's room while they are sleeping and without them agreeing to it. I suggest they pay a bit more attention on how to treat guest and how to behave appropriately.



Shocking accomodation !! by

Over priced , cannot call this a guest house , should fall in back packers category !! Not enough towels for guests, some day not even towels at all !! Some days did not even service the unit . Owner is using his own accommodation (flatlet ) to rent out , not even braai utilities . None of the cutlery matches .Washing line is falling over !! Will NEVER ever stay there or recommend . At R 1700,00 per night a total rip off !!
