Avoca also offers professional guided tours to the Addo Elephant Park on our game viewing vehicle - Phillip our expert guide will woo you with his wildlife knowledge. Various options are available when seeking accommodation. We have chalets that sleep two to five people. Four thatch and mud huts with two hot shower/toilets alongside the river where there is an abundance of fish and bird life. Scenic walks through the citrus orchards, and canoeing on the river , which is inclusive of the price. A path leads up from the lush garden to a small bush camp overlooking the river where two air-conditioned en-suite cabins nestle in a sheltered clearing.
A third "honeymoon suite" privately positioned adjacent. The semi-detached family units down at the river are extremely popular. Each unit has a kitchenette and a hot shower/toilet. The Orchard Room, dining and breakfast area, overlooks the swimming pool and garden. Our Riverside function venue overlooking the river is ideal for any celebration. This area boasts views of the river and Zuurberg mountain range. Rates are per unit on the site. We do welcome singles and couples to enquire about better options. Self-catering units are serviced by prior arrangement and at extra cost. We also cater for backpackers.
