B1001 Ocean View is an upmarket apartment which offers a magnificent view over the bay towards Cape Town, Table Mountain, Robben Island and across the endlessness of the Atlantic Ocean. Whale and dolphin sightings from the apartment are not unusual during season, and spectacular views can be seen from every room.

The apartment consists of an open-plan lounge and dining area with a TV offering DStv capability and a Hi-Fi. There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with a microwave, washing machine and breakfast counter. There are two bedrooms with built-in cupboards and two bathrooms. The lounge contains a pull-out double sleeper couch for any extra guests or children. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the lounge and the bedroom. Alternatively you can just relax with sundowners or braai on the balcony with the relaxing sound of the ocean. The apartment is fully fitted to meet your every need.

The apartment is privately owned and managed by a husband and wife team who have done everything possible to ensure that your stay in our apartment is an enjoyable one.

B1001 was very neat, with an absolutely stunning view, exactly that is shown on the photo. With super weather conditions we were able to see Table mountain and Robben Island very clear.
