Welcome to Ballito Les Palmiers No 12.

This upmarket 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom apartment is on the 3rd floor, and right on the beach with spectacular sea views. An elevator for your convenience is available. 500 Thread count percale linen, marble floors, secure alarm system, fully air conditioned in every room with an outdoor pool. The main beach is just a few meters away with spectacular sunsets.
The main bedroom is en-suite with a full bathroom, toilet, bath, shower and have a queen-size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed. The 3rd bedroom also has a queen-sized bed. Linen and duvets are provided for the beds. Please provide your own beach and bath towels.
There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge. Open plan kitchen, dining room with 6 seater table and beautifully furnished lounge with TV and full DStv bouquet. The large wrap around balcony with patio furniture has sliding doors from the lounge and all three bedrooms.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. In the garden is the swimming pool. Secure garage for 1 vehicle and open parking for quests.
There is a lift in the complex. Access to the complex and beach is by remote control. A Daily floor service is included in the tariff except on Sundays and public holidays (light floor service only).
The unit can accommodate a maximum of 6 people only, children included. More than six ( 6 ) people children included will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

Fantastic spot by

I can highly recommend 12 Les Palmiers. With such a fantastic location, right on the beach, this apartment has great amenities and offers a really comfortable stay - with aircon and very comfortable beds - this is truly a lovely holiday home. We loved our time at this apartment and would definitely visit again.

What a view by

This is by far the best apartment we have stayed at in Ballito. Immaculate and beautifully furnished. The attention to detail is very visible. We will definitely come again.
