A self-contained, self-catering flatlet on the side of the main house, located in Somerset West. Barlinka lane flatlet has its own private entrance.

Barlinka lane flatlet comprises one bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, a separate toilet, as well as a kitchenette. In the bedroom is a queen-sized bed, with an open bathroom fitted with a shower and a basin. The room also has a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels.

The kitchenette is well-equipped for basic self-catering purposes with a two plate hob, electric frying pan, a bar fridge, toaster, nespresso coffee machine and a kettle.
