Bergriver Lodge offers luxury accommodation in the small town of Vanderkloof. The accommodation is ideal for business people, as well as families who require a little more space and a secure area for the kids to play.

The self-catering unit has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan living area. The fully fitted kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave and cooking utensils. The living room has ample seating and a TV with full DStv. There is a reverse osmosis filtered water system, ensuring fresh drinkable water.

The unit offers the use of a beautiful enclosed garden equipped with braai facilities and is ideal for kids to play in. Safe, covered parking is provided behind locked gates. The Lodge now also has a beautiful swimming pool.

The large one bedroom unit was a pleasant surprise, and the bathroom with bath and shower was pure bliss. The ceiling heater in the bathroom was very welcome on a chilly day. We enjoyed our stay there. Thanks to Yolande for the xtra effort she went to in finding a double adapter for our equipment



Good, not really suitable for four adults as the second bedroom does not have the use of a shower and it is rather cramped. Suitable for a family with two kids.

Well received. Immediate reaction to requests. Well informed hosts. Beautiful surrounds - very tranquil and quite. Accommodation very private and well situated within walking distance from all amenities and shops.

The accommodation was clean, spacious and well appointed for self catering guests. Nice braai area and a lovely pool. Definitely our accommodation of choice in Vanderkloof....
