The kitchen itself is equipped with a fan oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.The lounge and both lower ground studios are fitted with LCD TV screens and DSTV connection. Complimentary WIFI (iunlimited) is included. There are ceiling fans in all rooms of the house with air conditioning in all bedrooms. Both studios also have air conditioning units for extra comfort.The main bedroom in the house with king size bed has its own en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms in the house each with two single beds share a full bathroom with bath & shower and separate toilet.Studio B on the lower ground acts as an extension of the house for groups of 8 people. This studio with a double bed is equipped with its own TV, washing machine, kettle, microwave, small fridge and en suite shower facilities. It has its own patio with outside table & sea views.Studio A on the lower ground is well proportioned studio with ample space for two people. It is furnished with a double bed, en suite shower facilities and a full kitchenette with washing machine, microwave grill oven, snappy chef, fridge, kettle, crockery and even its own little barbecue. At the front the studio has a large sized patio with sea views.The house and studios are fitted with security alarms and guests are issued with remotes to control access to relevant areas.The beach, shops and some of the best Ballito restaurants can be reached by walking through the bottom garden gate. Clark Bay beach with life guards & a tidal pool is only a 5 minute walk away.A secure electric driveway gate leads to an open double garage for two cars with generous space for at least another two cars.Please note that the rates on the Safari calendar is for the house sleeping 6 guests.Group booking rates apply for more than 6 guests and will be as follow:Group of 8 - House plus studio B: R2380 (out) / R2830 (semi) / R3930 (peak) per day.
