The house is accessed via the entrance in garage and the garage provides ample storage space for surfing or any other sporting gear. Infront of the garage there is enough space for 3 to 4 cars in the drive way.

The staircase in the garage leads you into a open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Also situated on the first floor is the 1st guest bedroom, fitted with 2 single beds(can be converted to a king) and featuring a balcony with views of Table Mountain. Just off this bedroom is a guest bathroom fitted with a shower, wash basin & toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (Gas stove, oven, Nespresso Machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, large fridge/freezer with water dispenser) and features a centre island with bar stools. The kitchen also offers a separate scullery fitted with a washing machine and dish washer, wash basin and linen closet.
The dining area can seat 6 to 8 people around a large wooden dining table.
The lounge offers comfortable seating and features a Smart HD TV (Netflix provided), Surround sound & soundbar, reading books/magazines, and a built in gas fireplace for the winter months.
From the lounge large sliding doors lead out to the pool area. The pool area boasts a semi undercover artificial grass area, built in braai, sun loungers for those relaxing days in the sun, a wooden deck around the swimming pool (ample lilo's at guests disposal). Around the corner another stunning feature is the outdoor shower, perfect for surfers or to just rinse off after a day at the beach.

Taking the staircase to the top floor, this is where you will find the 3 remaining bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom, offering luxuries like a king bed, balcony, large bathroom with his&hers basins, a double shower, bath and toilet. The second bedroom is the smallest, yet still spacious, and features a double bed amd en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, wash basin &toilet. The 3rd bedroom comes with 2 x single beds (can be converted to a king), an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bath, basin &toilet. This room also features a large balcony with views of Table Mountain and partian sea views.
All rooms provide ample cupboard space. Linen and towels are provided for guests convenience.
