The house`s location in the unique Eden District with its beautiful seaviews, beaches, the nearby Knysna lagoon, the indigenous forest, the temperate climate, contributes to make this a worthwhile venue. AWESOME seaviews on 3 sides! Near sea +beaches. The main house accommodates 6 people comfortably, and the ground floor C-Flat accommodates 4 people comfortably. There also is a separate ensuite bedroom on the lower level, The Seahorse Room, that can accommodate 1 or 2 guests. This room can be booked in conjunction with the house or C-Flat throughout the year. PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Between 15 DECEMBER and 8 JANUARY, the House and C-Flat will only be let as one whole unit to a group of up to 12 people (2 children sharing a bunk bed included). Additional charges will apply for more than 12 people.The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and features sea views from 3 sides of the property. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and 1 bedroom has a set of twin single beds. One bathroom is ensuite to the main bedroom and is fitted with a bath and shower. The other bathroom has a bath only. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a fridge-freezer combination, stove, oven and microwave. Kitchen basics such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, basic spices and herbs included for your convenience. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are also available to welcome you and to get you started. The big, open-plan living room upstairs opens up onto the outside decks. The lounge has comfortable seating and the Smart TV is fitted with a selection of DStv channels. The DStv bouquet can be upgraded if requested in advance. The house has free capped Wi-Fi facilities, which can be topped up on request. The decks and veranda outside, are ideal for outside entertainment and has braai facilities.
We also have a charming C-Flat on ground level which sleeps 4 guests comfortably and can be rented without or in conjunction with the house. The flat has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen-size bed and 1 with twin beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower and the open plan living room leads to a fully equipped kitchen. TV, DStv and WiFi. Braai facilities.
The ensuite Seahorse Room is a separate bedroom that opens onto the courtyard at the back of the house. It easily accommodates 1 person on a single bed. It has its own en-suite little bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. In-room amenities include tea- and coffee-making facilities, a small fridge, a microwave oven and built-in cupboards.
Please be aware that the house has a wooden floor. Therefore, our guests need to be comfortable with this when booking and willing to be both considerate and accommodating when sharing the premises with another group of guests.
