Calamari 11 is a seaside vacation apartment in a beautiful part of Ramsgate Beach. The apartment's location is excellent - breakers and sea views, and you can walk directly from your patio 30 meters to the beach. The apartment is private and hidden. Open the doors and feel the sea sand between your toes as you watch the waves break against the rocks.

This two-storey apartment consists of three bedrooms, two rooms with queen-size beds and one room with two single beds. All rooms have ceiling fans and offer beautiful views. The apartment also has two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. There is also a separate toilet.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge has a DVD player and full DStv - no need to bring your own decoder. The living room and dining room have ceiling fans. The living room's glass doors lead to the patio with a braai area and a large lawn for children to play.

There is a garage for one vehicle and the unit has an alarm system and a safe for belongings.

A cleaning service can be arranged for an extra fee. Linen and bath towels are provided, but please bring. bring your own beach towels.

The apartment is within walking distance of Ramsgate and Margate's Blue Flag beaches and just 200 metres from La Capannina and Just So Chinese. The Waffle House and Blue Lagoon Restaurant are also just a three-minute drive away.
