Phone morning before arrival to confirm booking. Phoned later in day to inform that due to car trouble we would be arriving late. On arrival were informed only one room left. Booking was fully paid in advance. After demanding our money back lady called manager and two rooms were provided. Rooms in terrible condition. Luxery room had electrical extension with open life wires. Bathroom light had no bulb. Upon entering second room there were plate of food in room. Turned out to be lady at reception's as well as stuff in fridge. Coffee an tea provided but no cups or mugs or teaspoons. What a bad experience.
