This two-level villa offers unrestricted views of the sea towards Chapman's Peak. The open-plan living and dining area features a separate scullery, and indoor dining for up to eight guests. The large kitchen is well equipped and includes a separate wine fridge, and an ice-maker. The comfortable lounge area features a TV with DStv. There is also an enclosed patio area, with a second lounge area, ideal for outside dining. A separate TV room for kids, containing a sleeper couch can be converted to a bedroom if required. A cobbled Moroccan-themed courtyard, with a tranquil fountain, is ideal for windy days.
