Castle Guest House is surrounded by mountains and wild life, and boasts 11 spacious rooms. All rooms are en-suite and include DStv, air-conditioning, hairdryers, a minibar fridge, and tea and coffee facilities. CASTLE GASTENHUIS RECENSIES (83 %) dissapointed by Francois Kruger, South Africa 06 April 2013 We were dissapointed because the safari now google map indicated that castle guest house is located outside thabazimbi away from the town. We wanted to experience the bushveld. The banners of castle guest house in the town also gave wrong directions. It took us a long time to find the place. The double room we got had only one towel , one mug and coffee/tea for one.
The tap of the shower was broken. The blinds in the bathroom window was broken. We had a good nights sleep and nice breakfast. Excellent service, all you need by Ben Karpinski, South Africa 05 May 2014 Excellent service and welcome environment. Really great spacious room/suite overlooking the pool.

Home away from home by Hildegarde Koen, South Africa 10 October 2016 My husband and I wanted to stay close to both Thabazimbi and Marakele National Park. The guesthouse is ideally situated as it is about 3 km outside of town, and about 13 km from Marakele. It's very quiet and peaceful. It was hot as hell and at first our aircon didn't work very well, but after telling the manager she sorted it out for us. I do think that R900 a night is a lot for what you're getting, but we had a lovely stay nonetheless. The warm breakfasts were delicious and the manager, Elna, is a gem. CASTLE GASTENHUIS LOCATIE
