Chesapeake Bay Number 9 is situated in the charming seaside town of Margate, overlooking the stunning Indian Ocean. PLEASE NOTE THIS UNIT IS NOT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY.

The ground floor sea-facing unit (two flights of stairs lower than parking area) walks out unto a patio and grassed area with splendid 180-degree sea views. The unit, which accommodates up to six guests, features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and tumble dryer, a comfortable lounge with television and DStv Premium.

A portable braai is provided. The unit also offers guests access to a communal swimming pool, a tennis court, a children's playground, laundry and dryer facilities, as well as two parking bays [09 and 09A].

A deposit, payable upon reservation to SafariNow, secures your booking. An admin fee applies to all bookings. Unit capacity cannot be exceeded, we reserve the right to check at any time and we may evict guests should they exceed this arrangement.

Additional costs payable to the establishment: a non-refundable once-off cleaning fee of R550 applies to all bookings. A refundable breakage deposit of R 800 applies. We reserve the right to change these rates at any time.

Body Corporate rules must be adhered to at all times and are available. Please read these on arrival..

If you require extra cleaning, you may arrange on-site at your own cost.

We loved the layout of the unit but would have loved to have more kitchen utensils for our use to have a real home away from home. Unit is a bit pricy if compared to other units of the same size.

please clean the flat! The amount charge per day and the unit is dirty was just not impressed. Fix the loose plug fittings in kitchen. Electricity keeps tripping. Lounge suit need to be replace - not much cushioning - sitting on frame work. Please wash linen and especially the bathroom rugs! Place TV against wall for more space especially watching from side difficult now on TV stand.. Get new cork screw. No can opener. Vacuum the floors and wash properly. Fan in 3rd bedroom not working. outside stoep full of spider nest and very dirty. cushions of outside chairs can do with some cleaning too. Unit compare to other units in block - overall basic and not worth the money., not sure if I will recommend to anybody.
