Ten kilometers south of the hustle and bustle of Margate, lies tranquil Southbroom. Within this peaceful village, overlooking the golf course and with views all the way to the warm Indian Ocean, is Coral Tree Colony Bed & Breakfast.
Set in a mature garden with indigenous trees, this modern colonial-style guest house offers luxury accommodation in comfortable, double en suite rooms, with king size or twin beds and 100% cotton percale linen. Each of the six bedrooms has its own private veranda and separate entrance. There is secure, off-street parking with remote access.
Breakfast is usually served on the front veranda and is a hearty affair with Chef Dave in command. More delicate appetites are also catered for. The guest lounge and dining area are the ideal places to retreat to when the weather turns bad. It's also the perfect spot to keep up with the latest sporting fixtures, if you're not on the golf course or at the beach.
Southbroom Golf Club house is a five minute stroll away. The village shops and bottle store are just around the corner and the main beach is a ten minute walk. There are a number of good restaurants in the area and the neighbouring villages. Southbroom has two great nature trails. One is the Imbezane River and Lagoon, and the other is through the sub-tropical bush and forest.
Your hosts, Dave and Liz Page, look forward to welcoming you.
