It has recently been renovated to become an extremely comfortable and homely guest house, easily accessible and situated close to all amenities in Middelburg.

Del Roza Guest House is a luxury guest house offering eight en-suite rooms, a full English breakfast, as well as dinner on request. Our luxury accommodation caters for business travellers visiting our wide variety of industries in the region, and holidaymakers exploring the surrounds.

Private and beautifully decorated, Del Roza was a pleasant surprise. The staff are friendly and the rooms are more than comfortable. Reasonably priced and central to shops.

The stay was absolutely lovely. The food the service and the overall experience made it worth every cent. The room was clean neat and very modern. I stayed in C1 for a person on a business trip its very convenient.

As a runner, the breakfast that was prepared for us was perfect for the occasion. Just what we needed for a 50 K run. The place is situated in the most decent area in town. Loved neatness of the rooms.

Spacious rooms, very clean. Walking distance to the shops & yet inside felt like being away from town. Peaceful.

Good, clean and comfortable. With a large variety of breakfast options. Pretty, soothing inner court gardens.
