These 2 rooms share an adjacent bath/shower room and a separate toilet.Bedroom 4 has 3 single beds, a kitchenette and shower room (ideal for children or young adults).Eagle ApartmentLocated on a 3rd level below the main residence is a 1-bedroom self-contained apartment overlooking the pool ? ideal for grandparents, a maid or nanny or teenagers.In addition to a twin/king bedroom with wardrobes & dressing table, there's a small open-plan kitchen/diner with 2-ring electric hob & oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, dining table & portable braai.The lounge area has a 2-seater sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV (with DSTV).NB. The apartment may be rented in addition to the villa but not on its own.OutsideA new 5m x 2.5m swimming pool with surrounding deck is located directly outside the apartment ? accessed from the main house via external steps.
